अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः
Sūrya–Nāga Dialogue on the Perfected Gleaner-Ascetic
भविष्यति महासत्त्व ख्यातिश्नाप्पतुला तव । शनैश्वरः सूर्यपुत्रो भविष्यति मनुर्महान्
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca | bhaviṣyati mahāsattva khyātiḥ anupatulā tava | śanaiścaraḥ sūryaputro bhaviṣyati manur mahān |
Вайшампаяна сказал: «О великодушный, твоя слава будет несравненной в мире. Со временем Шанайшчара — сын Солнца — станет великим Ману, открывающим Манвантару. В той Манвантаре, по моей милости, ты утвердишься как первейший среди предводителей, начиная с Ману; в этом нет сомнения».
