अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः
Sūrya–Nāga Dialogue on the Perfected Gleaner-Ascetic
तस्मात् पृथ्व्या: परित्राणं करिष्ये सम्भवं गत: । एवं स चिन्तयित्वा तु भगवान् मधुसूदन:
tasmat pṛthvyāḥ paritrāṇaṃ kariṣye sambhavaṃ gataḥ | evaṃ sa cintayitvā tu bhagavān madhusūdanaḥ, ebhirmayā nihantavyā durvinītāḥ surārayaḥ |
«Потому, родившись как воплощение, я непременно защищу землю». Так размышляя, благословенный Владыка Мадхусудана постановил: через эти явления должны быть истреблены необузданные враги богов.
