नारायणपरा कीर्ति: श्रीक्ष लक्ष्मीक्ष देवता: । नारायणपरं सांख्यं योगो नारायणात्मक:

vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |

nārāyaṇaparā kīrtiḥ śrīś ca lakṣmīś ca devatāḥ |

nārāyaṇaparaṃ sāṅkhyaṃ yogo nārāyaṇātmakaḥ ||

Вайшампаяна сказал: Кирти (Слава), Шри и Лакшми — божественные силы — признают лишь Нараяну своим высшим прибежищем. И конечный смысл Санкхьи — Нараяна; и Йога по самой своей природе есть Нараяна. Так пути знания и дисциплинированной практики, равно как и благие силы, поддерживающие мир, сходятся к одному верховному основанию.
