इत्युच्चारितवाक्यौ तौ बोधयामासतुर्हरिम् । युद्धार्थिनौ हि विज्ञाय विबुद्धः पुरुषोत्तम:
ity uccāritavākyau tau bodhayāmāsatur harim | yuddhārthinau hi vijñāya vibuddhaḥ puruṣottamaḥ ||
Так, произнеся эти слова, оба обратились к Хари и дали ему знать. Узнав, что они жаждут битвы, пробудившийся Пурушоттама понял их намерение и их позицию.
वैशग्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights divine discernment: the Supreme Person perceives inner intention (here, the desire for war) beyond mere speech, implying that ethical evaluation hinges on motive as well as action.
After two individuals speak, they inform Hari; Hari (Puruṣottama), being fully aware, recognizes that they are seeking war and understands their aim.
