साहं मानप्रदानेन वागातिथ्येन चार्चिता । सुप्ता सुशरणं प्रीता श्वो गमिष्यामि मैथिल,आपने मुझे बड़ा सम्मान दिया। अपनी वाणीरूप आतिथ्यके द्वारा मेरा भलीभाँति सत्कार किया। मिथिलानरेश! अब मैं प्रसन्नतापूर्वक आपके शरीररूपी सुन्दर गृहमें सोकर कल सबेरे यहाँसे चली जाऊँगी

Transliteration

sāhaṃ mānapradānena vāgātithyena cārcitā | suptā suśaraṇaṃ prītā śvo gamiṣyāmi maithila ||

Translation

Бхишма сказал: «Почтённая твоим даром уважения и принятая гостеприимством твоих благих слов, я удовлетворена. Отдохнув в безопасности под твоим прекрасным покровом, о царь Митхилы, завтра я покину это место».
