भस्मप्रस्तरशायी च भूमिशय्या तलेषु च । वीरस्थानाम्बुपड़के च शयनं फलकेषु च

Transliteration

bhasmaprastaraśāyī ca bhūmiśayyā taleṣu ca | vīrasthānāmbupaḍake ca śayanaṃ phalakeṣu ca ||

Translation

Васи́штха сказал: «Он ложится на ложа из пепла и камня; порой спит на голой земле и на твёрдом грунте. Иногда отдыхает в позе героя; иногда лежит среди воды и грязи; иногда — на деревянных настилах и наспех устроенных лежанках».
