Transliteration

śṛṇuyāccaiva yā nārī tadbhaktā brahmacāriṇī | pitṛpakṣe bhartṛpakṣe pūjyā bhavati devavat ||

Translation

Бхишма сказал: «Женщина, что слушает этот (гимн), преданная Ему и соблюдающая брахмачарью, становится достойной почитания, как божество, — и в роду отца, и в роду мужа».
