कामलोभानुबन्धेन पुरा ते यदसूयितम्‌ । मया स्नेहमविज्ञाय तत्र मे क्षन्तुमहसि

Transliteration

kāmalobhānubandhena purā te yad asūyitam | mayā sneham avijñāya tatra me kṣantum arhasi ||

Translation

Бхишма сказал: Прежде, связанный узами вожделения и алчности, я говорил с тобой с обидой и неприязнью. Не распознав любви, скрытой за моими словами, прости мне это.
