राजधर्मः—राष्ट्ररक्षणं, दण्डनीतिः, हयग्रीवोपाख्यानम्

कालेन शीघ्रा: प्रवहन्ति वाता: कालेन वृष्टिर्जलदानुपैति । कालेन पद्मोत्पलवज्जलं च कालेन पुष्यन्ति वनेषु वृक्षा:
kālena śīghrāḥ pravahanti vātāḥ kālena vṛṣṭir jaladānupaiti | kālena padmotpalavaj jalaṃ ca kālena puṣyanti vaneṣu vṛkṣāḥ ||
Вьяса сказал: «В свой срок дуют стремительные ветры; в свой срок приходят дождевые тучи и проливают воду. В свой срок в водах поднимаются лотосы и синие лотосы; и в свой срок деревья в лесах крепнут и пышно разрастаются.
