Adhyāya 178 — The courses of prāṇa-vāyu and the regulation of the bodily fire
पाताल इव दुष्पूरो मां दुःखैय्योक्तुमिच्छसि । नाहमद्य समावेष्ठूं शक्य: काम पुनस्त्वया
pātāla iva duṣpūro māṃ duḥkhair yoktum icchasi | nāham adya samāveṣṭuṃ śakyaḥ kāma punas tvayā ||
Бхишма сказал: «О Кама! Ты подобен Патале — тебя трудно наполнить и насытить. Ты хочешь связать меня страданиями; но ныне ты уже не сможешь вновь войти в меня.»
