सत्कृतो<हं त्वया मित्र सामर्थ्यादात्मन: सखे | स मां मित्रत्वमापन्नमुपभोक्तुं त्वमहसि
satkṛto ’haṃ tvayā mitra sāmarthyād ātmanaḥ sakhe | sa māṃ mitratvam āpannam upabhoktuṃ tvam arhasi ||
Бхишма сказал: «О друг, дорогой спутник, ты почтил меня в полной мере, насколько позволяли твои силы. И я также вступил с тобой в дружбу; потому подобает тебе оставаться со мной и разделить счастье и честь, что дарует этот союз дружбы».
