तमुत्तमेन शौचेन कर्मणा चाभिधारय

Transliteration

tam uttamena śaucena karmaṇā cābhidhāraya

Translation

Бхишма сказал: «Снищи его расположение высочайшей чистотой поведения и благородными деяниями. Безупречным образом жизни пробуди в царе Видехи доверие к себе. Царь Видехи верен своим обетам; потому он непременно дарует тебе богатство. И если так случится, ты станешь надёжным мерилом для всех существ и правой рукой царя — его главной опорой в управлении государством».
