ऐश्वर्याणि च तत्रस्थो ददावीश: पृथक् पृथक् ददौ नैर्ऋतमुख्येभ्यस्त्रैलोक्यं पावकात्मज:
aiśvaryāṇi ca tatrastho dadāv īśaḥ pṛthak pṛthak | dadau nairṛtamukhyebhyas trailokyaṃ pāvakātmajaḥ ||
Вайшампаяна сказал: Оставаясь там, владыка Сканда даровал различные царственные власти, каждую — отдельно. Сын Огня вверил управление тремя мирами самым выдающимся из своих военачальников.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Power and responsibility should be distributed judiciously: rightful authority is granted in measured portions to capable leaders so that order (dharma and stability) is maintained rather than concentrated for personal aggrandizement.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Skanda, the son of Agni, remains present and assigns distinct lordships, entrusting major governance—symbolized as the three worlds—to his principal commanders, indicating an organized command structure and delegated rule.
