Nārada’s Examination of Royal Ethics
कच्चिद् धर्मे त्रयीमूले पूर्वराचरिते जनै: । यतमानस्तथा कर्तु तस्मिन् कर्मणि वर्तसे
kaccid dharme trayīmūle pūrvarācarite janaiḥ | yatamānas tathā kartu tasmin karmaṇi vartase ||
Нарада сказал: «Стремишься ли ты следовать той дхарме, чьим основанием служат три Веды и которую соблюдали люди древности? Остаёшься ли ты на этом самом пути — в деяниях, согласных с дхармой, — стараясь поступать так, как поступали твои предки?»
