वासवप्रतिमो येन जरासंधो$तिदुर्जय: । विजितो बाहुयुद्धेन देहभेदं च लम्भित:,जिन्होंने इन्द्रके तुल्य पराक्रमी तथा अत्यन्त दुर्जय जरासंधको बाहुयुद्धके द्वारा केवल परास्त ही नहीं किया, उनके शरीरको चीर भी डाला, उन भीमसेनकी स्तुति करो
vāsava-pratimo yena jarāsandho ’ti-durjayaḥ | vijito bāhu-yuddhena deha-bhedaṃ ca lambhitaḥ ||
