इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत कर्णपर्वमें रणभूमिका वर्णनविषयक चौरानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

Iti prakāraṃ Śrīmahābhārate Karṇaparvaṇi raṇabhūmikā-varṇana-viṣayakaś caturṇavatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ abhavat.

Translation

Так завершается девяносто четвёртая глава «Карна-парвы» священной «Махабхараты», посвящённая описанию обстановки на поле брани. Заключительная формула знаменует переход: повествование делает паузу, утвердив картину войны, и готовит читателя к нравственным и стратегическим последствиям, что развернутся среди кровавого неистовства Курукшетры.
