viprahīṇa-rathāś caiva śaraiḥ parikarṣitāḥ

Translation

Санджая сказал: «Лишённые колесниц и таскаемые туда и сюда градом стрел, воины были повергнуты в беспомощность — образ того, как на войне рушатся гордыня и положение, когда разбиты опоры.»
