Transliteration

saha gāndhārarājena sabhāyāṃ yad abhāṣata

Translation

Он поведал о том, что было сказано в царском собрании вместе с царём Гандхары,—показывая, как совет и слова, произнесённые при дворе, способны направить ход войны и какую нравственную ответственность несут те, кто советует и принимает решения.
