Transliteration

āditya iva madhyadṛṣṭe durnirīkṣyaḥ parantapaḥ

Translation

Санджая сказал: «Как на солнце, если смотреть прямо, невозможно глядеть, так и на того, кто испепелял врагов, нельзя было взирать: в битве он пылал такой силой, что подавлял и зрение, и дух тех, кто вставал против него».
