एते द्रवन्ति पठचाला वध्यमाना: शितै: शरै: | कर्णेन भरतश्रेष्ठ पाण्डवानुज्जिहीर्षव:,“भरतश्रेष्ठ! कर्णके तीखे बाणोंकी मार खाते हुए भी ये पांचालवीर पाण्डव-सैनिकोंका उद्धार करनेकी इच्छासे (कर्णकी ओर ही) दौड़े जा रहे हैं

Transliteration

ete dravanti pañcālā vadhyamānāḥ śitaiḥ śaraiḥ | karṇena bharataśreṣṭha pāṇḍavān ujjihīrṣavaḥ ||

Translation

Санджая сказал: «О лучший из Бхаратов! Эти воины Панчалы — хотя их сражают острые стрелы Карны — всё же стремительно рвутся вперёд, желая спасти войска Пандавов».
