अर्जुनस्य शीघ्रप्रयाणं भीम-शकुनियुद्धं च

क्रुद्धौं संरम्भरक्ताक्षौ व्यभ्राजेतां महाद्युती । उस विशाल सेनाको विदीर्ण करके उसके भीतर प्रविष्ट हुए वे दोनों श्रीकृष्ण और अर्जुन अपने महान् तेजसे प्रकाशित हो रहे थे। उनके मनमें शत्रुओंके प्रति क्रोध भरा हुआ था और उनकी आँखें रोषसे लाल हो रही थीं
kruddhau saṁrambha-raktākṣau vyabhrājetāṁ mahādyutī |
Санджая сказал: В ярости, с глазами, покрасневшими от свирепой решимости, те двое — сияющие великим блеском — сверкали. Разорвав огромную вражескую рать и войдя в самую её середину, Кришна и Арджуна пылали собственной мощью, и гнев их был обращён на врагов.
