सात्यकिश्रेकितानश्च धृष्टद्युम्नश्न पार्षत: । कुन्तिभोज श्च विक्रान्तो टद्रपदश्च॒ महारथ:

Transliteration

saatyakiś cekitānaś ca dhṛṣṭadyumno 'tha pārṣataḥ | kuntibhojaś ca vikrānto drupadaś ca mahārathaḥ ||

Translation

Санджая сказал: Там были Сатьяки и Чекитана, и Дхриштадьюмна, сын Пришаты; доблестный Кунтибходжа; и Друпада, великий колесничий-воитель — эти первейшие бойцы находились там. В нравственной рамке эпоса их сбор означает решимость стороны Пандавов исполнить избранный ими долг в войне, созвав прославленных союзников, чтобы противостоять грозному командованию Дроны.
