भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ६२: वासुदेवमहात्म्यप्रशंसा (देव–ब्रह्मसंवादः)
शुशुभाते तदा तौ तु शैनेयकुरुपुड़वी । अमावास्यां गतौ यद्वत् सोमसूर्यो नभस्तले
śuśubhāte tadā tau tu śaineya-kuru-puṅgavau | amāvāsyāṁ gatau yadvat soma-sūryau nabhas-tale ||
Санджая сказал: Тогда эти двое — Шайнея (Сатьяки) и Абхиманью, лучший среди куру — сияли вместе на одной колеснице, словно Луна и Солнце, явившиеся в одной области неба в ночь новолуния.
