उपास्यते तिग्मतेजा यत्र भूत: समन्तत: । नरनारायणो ब्रह्मा मनु: स्थाणुश्व पजचम:,उसी स्थानपर सब ओर सम्पूर्ण जगत्‌के लोग लोकस्रष्टा प्रचण्ड तेजस्वी सनातन भगवान्‌ भूतनाथकी उपासना करते हैं। नर, नारायण, ब्रह्मा, मनु और पाँचवें भगवान्‌ शिव वहाँ सदा स्थित रहते हैं

upāsyate tigmatejā yatra bhūtaḥ samantataḥ | nara-nārāyaṇo brahmā manuḥ sthāṇuś ca pañcamaḥ ||

Санджая сказал: В той священной области, со всех сторон, все существа поклоняются Господу, вечно сияющему, грозному в блеске, владыке тварей. Там пребывают Нара и Нараяна, Брахма, Ману и также Стхану (Шива), числимый пятым, — знак того, что высшее прибежище мира есть преданность Божеству, выше смятения войны.
