तत्र ब्रह्मा च रुद्रश्न शक्रश्नापि सुरेश्वर: । समेत्य विविधैर्यज्नैर्यजन्तेडनेकदक्षिणै:,वहाँ ब्रह्मा, रुद्र तथा देवराज इन्द्र एकत्र हो पर्याप्त दक्षिणावाले नाना प्रकारके यज्ञोंका अनुष्ठान करते हैं
tatra brahmā ca rudraś ca śakraś cāpi sureśvaraḥ | sametya vividhair yajñair yajante ’nekadakṣiṇaiḥ ||
Там Брахма и Рудра, а также Шакра — владыка богов — сходятся вместе и совершают многие виды жертвоприношений, щедро наделённых обильными жертвенными дарами.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights yajña and dakṣiṇā (generous giving) as supports of dharma: even the highest divine powers are portrayed as upholding order through disciplined ritual action and munificence.
Sañjaya describes a scene where Brahmā, Rudra, and Indra gather and conduct diverse sacrifices with plentiful gifts, presenting a sacred, orderly backdrop within the Bhīṣma Parva’s wider movement toward the Kurukṣetra conflict.
