मार्गाश्न चरतश्षित्रं व्यस्मयन्त रणे जना: । वे बार-बार उछलते

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | mārgāś ca carataś citraṃ vyasmayanta raṇe janāḥ |

Translation

Санджая сказал: Когда он метался по полю брани, показывая странные и разнообразные приемы и стремительные перемены направления, люди в сражении приходили в изумление. Видя доблесть прославленного Бхимасены — как он вновь и вновь взмывал в прыжках, бросался во все стороны и являл необычайные тактические ходы, — зрители дивились его ратной мощи.
