Renunciation and the Discipline of Action
ये मे मतमिदं नित्यमनुतिष्ठन्ति मानवा: । श्रद्धावन्तो5नसूयन्तो मुच्यन्ते तेडपि कर्मभि:
ye me matam idaṁ nityam anutiṣṭhanti mānavāḥ | śraddhāvanto 'nasūyanto mucyante te 'pi karmabhiḥ ||
Те люди, кто без придирчивости и с верой постоянно следует этому Моему учению, — даже они освобождаются от связывающей силы действий.
अजुन उवाच
If one steadily practices the Lord’s teaching with faith and without fault-finding (anasūyā), one becomes free from the binding effects of karma—action remains, but bondage to its results is dissolved.
In the battlefield dialogue, Arjuna is receiving instruction on disciplined action. This verse states the fruit of sincerely following that instruction: even ordinary people who practice it faithfully and without cynical criticism are liberated from karmic bondage.
