जातो<सि धर्मलोपेन ततस्ते बुद्धिरीदूशी

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | jāto 'si dharmalopena tatas te buddhir īdūṣī |

Translation

Санджая сказал: «Ты родился вследствие нарушения дхармы; потому и разум твой помутился. Ища опоры среди низких людей, твой ум—движимый завистью—возненавидел даже добродетельных Пандавов; и потому в собрании Кауравов мне не раз приходилось слышать от тебя горькие, язвительные слова».
