Chapter 49
एवमुक्त: स तैविंप्रैर्भगवॉललोकभावन: । तेभ्य: शशंस धर्मात्मा याथातथ्येन बुद्धिमान्
evam uktaḥ sa tair viprair bhagavān lokabhāvanaḥ | tebhyaḥ śaśaṃsa dharmātmā yāthātathyena buddhimān ||
Так, будучи вопрошён теми мудрецами, Благословенный Владыка — Брахма, хранитель и первоисточник миров, — выслушав их слова, праведный и мудрый начал разъяснять им, отвечая на вопросы истинно и согласно действительности.
वायुदेव उवाच
A teacher worthy of trust answers inquiries in a manner aligned with reality (yāthātathya), grounded in dharma and guided by discernment—truthful instruction is presented as an ethical duty of the wise.
A group of sages address the divine world-sustainer (Brahmā). After hearing them, he begins to respond, explaining matters to them with accurate, reality-based answers.
