Vyāsa’s Boon-Offer and Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Remorse in the Forest Assembly (आश्रमवासिक पर्व, अध्याय ३६)
यदत्रानन्तरं कार्य तद् भवान् वक्तुमर्हति । इत्युक्त: संजयेनेदं पुनराह स पार्थिव:,“अब इसके बाद क्या करना चाहिये--यह बतानेकी कृपा करें।” संजयके ऐसा कहनेपर राजाने फिर कहा--
yad atrānantaraṃ kāryaṃ tad bhavān vaktum arhati | ity uktaḥ saṃjayenedam punar āha sa pārthivaḥ |
«Что следует сделать дальше в этом деле — будь милостив, скажи». Когда Санджая произнёс это, царь вновь ответил. Этот обмен речами подчёркивает дхармическую установку: прежде чем действовать, искать верного наставления, ставя рассуждение и совет выше порыва.
