Kuntī’s Retrospective Uddharṣaṇa and Renunciatory Resolve (कुन्त्युद्धर्षण-प्रत्याख्यानम्)
सर्वेषां तोयकलशान् जगहुस्ते स्वयं तदा । पाण्डवा लब्धसंज्ञास्ते मात्रा चाश्वासिता: पुन:
sarveṣāṃ toyakalaśān jaguhus te svayaṃ tadā | pāṇḍavā labdhasaṃjñās te mātrā cāśvāsitāḥ punaḥ ||
Вайшампаяна сказал: Затем Пандавы, придя в себя и вновь и вновь утешаемые матерью, сами взяли в свои руки все кувшины, наполненные водой, которые держали другие. Сцена подчёркивает сыновний долг и самообладание в скорби: приняв материнское утешение, они с твёрдостью возвращаются к необходимым обрядам и обязанностям.
