छत्रोपानहदानफलप्रशंसा — Praise of the Merit of Donating Umbrella and Footwear
जमदम्नेश्व संवाद सूर्यस्य च महात्मन: । पुरा स भगवान् साक्षाद्धनुषाक्रीडयत् प्रभो
jamadagneś ca saṃvādaḥ sūryasya ca mahātmanaḥ | purā sa bhagavān sākṣād dhanuṣā krīḍayat prabho, ānīya sā tadā tasmai prādād asakṛd acyuta |
Бхишма сказал: «О владыка, по этому поводу рассказывают древний диалог между мудрецом Джамадагни и великодушным Солнцем. В давние времена почтенный Джамадагни сам забавлялся луком — упражняясь в стрельбе как в дисциплинированной практике.
