चन्द्रमण्डलशु भ्राणि किडुकिणीजालवन्ति च । अनेकशतभौमानि सान्तर्जलवनानि च

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | candramaṇḍalaśubhrāṇi kiḍukiṇījālavanti ca | anekaśatabhaumāni sāntarjalavanāni ca |

Translation

Бхишма сказал: «Некоторые (чертоги или небесные дворцы) ослепительно белели, как лунный диск. Некоторые были украшены сетями бахромы с подвешенными крошечными колокольчиками. Многие имели сотни этажей и террас, а внутри — прекрасные водоёмы и рощи: замкнутые миры наслаждения и изобилия».
