Transliteration

tasya duḥkhaparītasya svaṁ putram anuśocataḥ | vyatītaṁ tad-ahaḥśeṣaṁ sā cogrā tatra śarvarī ||

Translation

Бхишма сказал: Охваченный скорбью и вновь и вновь оплакивая собственного сына, мудрец провёл остаток того дня в печали; и там же пришла и миновала та страшная ночь.
