कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity
श्रीमहेश्वर उवाच आगमा लोकधर्माणां मर्यादा: सर्वनिर्मिता: । प्रामाण्येनानुवर्तन्ते दृश्यन्ते च दूढब्रता:
śrīmaheśvara uvāca āgamā lokadharmāṇāṁ maryādāḥ sarvanirmitāḥ | prāmāṇyenānuvartante dṛśyante ca dūḍhabratāḥ ||
Шри Махешвара сказал: «Авторитетные предания (агамы) — это границы и нормы, установленные для мирских обычаев. Люди следуют им, признавая их достоверным источником знания; и видно, что те, чьи обеты тверды, неуклонно держатся их».
