Jaratkāru’s Conditional Marriage Vow and Vāsuki’s Offer (जरत्कारु-विवाह-नियमः)
न चैनं कश्चिदारूढं लभते राजसत्तमम् | वातो5पि निन्षरंस्तत्र प्रवेशे विनिवार्यते,उस समय महलनमें बैठे हुए महाराजसे कोई भी मिलने नहीं पाता था। वायुको भी वहाँसे निकल जानेपर पुनः प्रवेशके समय रोका जाता था
na cainaṁ kaścid ārūḍhaṁ labhate rājasattamam | vāto 'pi niḥsaraṁs tatra praveśe vinivāryate ||
И никто не мог приблизиться к тому лучшему из царей, когда он удалился во внутренние покои. Даже ветер, выйдя оттуда, при попытке вернуться был остановлен — столь суровы были уединение и стража царского жилища.
