समन्तपञ्चक-आख्यानम् तथा अक्षौहिणी-प्रमाणनिर्णयः

Samantapañcaka Narrative and the Measure of an Akṣauhiṇī

तेषां समीपे यो देशो हृदानां रुधिराम्भसाम्‌ | समनन्‍्तपजञ्चकमिति पुण्यं तत्‌ परिकीर्तितम्‌,उन रक्तसे भरे सरोवरोंके पास जो प्रदेश है उसे ही समन्तपंचक कहते हैं। यह क्षेत्र बहुत ही पुण्यप्रद है

teṣāṁ samīpe yo deśo hṛdānāṁ rudhirāmbhasām | samantapañcakam iti puṇyaṁ tat parikīrtitam ||
