वसिष्ठ उवाच ततस्तं क्रोधजं तात और्वोडग्निं वरुणालये । उत्ससर्ज स चैवाप उपयुद्धक्ते महोदधौ
Vasiṣṭha uvāca: tatas taṁ krodhajaṁ tāta aurvo 'gnim Varuṇālaye | utsasarja sa caivāpa upayuddhakte mahodadhau ||
Васиштха сказал: «Тогда, дитя моё, Аурва бросил тот огонь, рождённый гневом, в обитель Варуны — океан. Там, в великом море, он пребывает, пьёт воды и пылает».
