नैते सृती पार्थ जानन्योगी मुह्यति कश्चन । तस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु योगयुक्तो भवार्जुन ॥ ८.२७ ॥

naite sṛtī pārtha jānan yogī muhyati kaścana | tasmāt sarveṣu kāleṣu yogayukto bhavārjuna || 8.27 ||

О Партха, познав эти два пути, ни один йог не впадает в заблуждение. Потому, о Арджуна, во всякое время пребывай утверждённым в йоге.

Knowing these two paths, O Partha, no yogin is deluded. Therefore, at all times be steadfast in yoga, O Arjuna.

Knowing these two courses, O Pārtha, no yogin is confounded; therefore, at all times be disciplined in yoga, O Arjuna.

The emphasis shifts from cosmological description to practical counsel: knowledge of the doctrine should remove confusion and motivate continuous practice rather than anxiety about circumstances.

FAQs

It links understanding with reduced confusion: when one sees patterns and consequences clearly, one is less prone to rumination and fear, and more able to sustain practice.

The verse implies that correct knowledge of the soteriological framework supports right orientation toward liberation, regardless of external conditions.

After outlining the two routes, Krishna concludes with guidance: rather than fixating on ‘times,’ Arjuna should remain established in yoga continually.

Focus on consistent training—meditation, ethical discipline, self-study—rather than waiting for ideal circumstances.
