The Pracetases’ Ocean Tapas and Hymn to Vishnu
Sage Parāśara (in instruction to Maitreya, presenting the Purāṇic teaching)
This verse frames social and familial flourishing as aligned with dharma and achieved through devotion to Vishnu, the Lord of all beings.
Parāśara presents ārādhana (worship/propitiation) of Govinda as the direct means to success, implying that divine sovereignty underwrites all outcomes.
Vishnu is identified as sarvabhūtaprabhu (Lord of all beings), indicating Supreme Lordship where devotion becomes both spiritually elevating and practically fruitful.
