Harihara Revelation and the Kurukshetra Tirtha Cycle: Sthanu in Vishnu and the Sanctification of Saptasarasvata

It anchors the entire correspondence system in a single theological center—Keśava—so the twelvefold enumeration is not merely calendrical or astrological but a devotional map of Vishnu.
Within the chapter’s symbolic grammar, creatures/emblems are ‘stationed’ on specific limbs to create a complete body-cosmos. The fish emblem naturally evokes aquatic symbolism and can suggest support, grounding, or the lower extremities in a vertical body-map.
The verse itself only assigns the month Caitra to this twelfth patraka. Any linkage to particular vratas or tīrtha observances would depend on adjacent verses or later ritual digests that interpret this mapping.
