Transliteration
vā́yo śukró ayāmi te mádhvo ágraṃ divíṣṭiṣu | ā́ yāhi sómapītaye spārhó deva niyútvātā
Translation
Ó Vāyu, o resplandecente! A ti apresento o primeiro gole de doçura entre as ordenanças celestes. Vem aqui para beber o Soma, ó deus desejável, com as tuas parelhas (niyut).
