Samhita Patha (Devanagari) ह॒ᳪसः शु॑चि॒षद्वसु॑रन्तरिक्ष॒सद्धोता॑ वेदि॒षदति॑थिर्दूरोण॒सत् । नृ॒षद्व॑र॒सदृ॑त॒सद् व्योम॒सद॒ब्जा गो॒जा ऋ॑त॒जा अ॑द्रि॒जा ऋ॒तं बृ॒हत्
Transliteration haṃsáḥ śucíṣad vásur antárikṣasád dhótā vediṣád átithir dūróṇasát | nṛṣád varasád ṛtásad vyómasad abjā́ gojā́ ṛtajā́ adrījā́ ṛtáṃ bṛhát ||
Translation O Cisne, que habita no puro, o bom, que habita no espaço intermédio; o Hotṛ, que habita na Vedi; o Hóspede, que habita na casa. Que habita entre os homens, que habita no melhor lugar, que habita no Ṛta, que habita no céu; nascido das águas, nascido das vacas, nascido do Ṛta, nascido da rocha — (ele é) o grande Ṛta.
