भैरवावतारलीलावर्णनम् (Bhairava-avatāra-līlā-varṇanam) — “Narration of the Divine Play of Bhairava’s Descent”
अर्घीव ब्रह्मणो ह्यस्थ्नां स्रक्कण्ठे तव भासते । तथाद्यनुगता शम्भो ब्रह्महत्या तवानघ
arghīva brahmaṇo hyasthnāṃ srakkaṇṭhe tava bhāsate | tathādyanugatā śambho brahmahatyā tavānagha
Ó Śambhu, em teu pescoço brilha, por assim dizer, uma grinalda feita dos ossos de Brahmā. E ainda hoje, ó Imaculado, o estigma da brahma-hatyā parece apegar-se a ti—embora em essência permaneças eternamente puro.
