Assim instruído, Sudharmā, de alma justa e o mais eminente entre os devotos de Śiva, prontamente organizou para si um compêndio apropriado do dharma, conforme sua capacidade e condição.

It highlights the Shaiva principle that true devotion matures into disciplined living: a devotee promptly arranges life according to dharma, making oneself fit for Śiva’s grace (anugraha) and liberation.
Linga/Saguna-Śiva worship is not merely ritual; it is supported by dharmic order—purity, right conduct, and regulated practice—so the devotee’s worship becomes steady and fruitful.
The verse implies adopting a structured Shaiva regimen—daily Śiva-pūjā with mantra-japa (especially the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), along with conduct aligned to dharma—done promptly and appropriately to one’s capacity.
