Nāgeśa-jyotirliṅga-prādurbhāvaḥ — The Manifestation of the Nāgeśa Jyotirliṅga

It highlights that sincere, properly performed worship of Śiva—especially through a simple, accessible Pārthiva (earthen) Liṅga—can make devotion immediate and living, drawing the devotee into direct relationship with Pati (Śiva), the liberating Lord.
The verse emphasizes pratyakṣa (direct, manifest) worship through the Liṅga as Saguna upāsanā—Śiva approached with form for devotion—while pointing to the Shaiva Siddhānta understanding that the Liṅga is a sacred support for realizing Śiva beyond form as well.
It suggests Pārthiva Liṅga pūjā done according to vidhi: shaping an earthen Liṅga, performing abhiṣeka and offerings with mantra (commonly with “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), and maintaining focused bhakti as the core inner practice.
