तस्मान्मच्छासनाद्विष्णुस्सृष्टिं साक्षाद्धि नूतनाम् । विधाय मनसोद्दिष्टां तत्सिद्धिं यच्छति ध्रुवम्

Transliteration

tasmānmacchāsanādviṣṇussṛṣṭiṃ sākṣāddhi nūtanām | vidhāya manasoddiṣṭāṃ tatsiddhiṃ yacchati dhruvam

Translation

Portanto, por Meu comando, Viṣṇu de fato faz surgir diretamente uma criação nova; e, tendo-a moldado conforme o que foi concebido na mente (do criador ordenado), concede infalivelmente a sua realização segura.
