तेषांसञ्जल्पमानामशोकवनिकांगताम् ।।।।अभिदुद्राववैदेहींरावणःक्रोधमूर्छितः ।
teṣāṃ sañjalpamānānām aśokavanikāṃ gatām |
abhidudrāva vaidehīṃ rāvaṇaḥ krodhamūrcchitaḥ ||
Enquanto assim conversavam e iam ao bosque de Aśoka, Rāvaṇa, com a mente toldada pela ira, arremeteu contra Vaidehī.
