Então Rāvaṇa, o senhor dos rākṣasas, furioso além da medida, falou no meio deles com a intenção de fortalecer sua resolução para a batalha.
To provoke Rakshasas for battle, an angry Ravana, the king of Rakshasas, spoke as follows.
Leadership has moral weight: stirring others to violence from a place of rage risks turning a community away from dharma and toward collective adharma.
Rāvaṇa prepares to address his forces, aiming to strengthen their fighting spirit.
The verse foregrounds resolve and command; ethically, it invites reflection on whether courage is guided by dharma or by anger and pride.
