The Slaying of Indrajit

Com isso, a maravilhosa arma de Varuṇa foi golpeada e anulada. Então Indrajit —irado, fulgurante de energia, vencedor no combate— preparou a radiante arma de Agni, como se fosse consumir o próprio mundo.
Then the very wonderful weapon of Varuna was made ineffective by the highly energetic Indrajith's who used glowing fire missiles as if to destroy the whole world.
Anger magnifies destruction: Dharma warns that krodha can push a person toward disproportionate, world-harming choices; righteousness requires restraint and truth-aligned intent.
Indrajit neutralizes the Varuṇa-weapon and responds by deploying a blazing fire missile, intensifying the cosmic scale of the duel.
By contrast, the virtue highlighted is self-restraint (dama); Indrajit’s wrath illustrates the peril when power is not moderated by dharma.
